From 2013 the government has provided schools with funding to improve the quality of provision and teaching of PE.

The government states:
‘Schools must spend the funding to improve the quality of the PE and sport activities they offer their pupils, but they are free to choose the best way of using the money’.

We have chosen to spend our funding on staff training and resources.
